Bellingham Castle – Sarah & Keith
Preps
Sarah & Keith’s wedding took place on 4th September 2015 and the day couldn’t have worked out better – great weather and a very relaxed atmosphere from the start.
Morning preparations were split between two locations. Marta went to Sarah’s family home to photograph bridal preparations, while Marcin covered Keith getting ready elsewhere. This is one of the big advantages of having two photographers – both sides of the morning are properly documented without rushing or missing moments.
Ceremony – Blackrock Church
After preparations, everyone made their way to Blackrock Church for the ceremony. It was a lovely, emotional service with great light and plenty of genuine reactions.
Once the ceremony finished, we covered congratulations outside the church, a few group photos, photos with the wedding car, and some relaxed, natural moments of guests chatting and enjoying themselves.
Beach Photos
Before heading to the venue, we stopped by the beach for a short photo session with Sarah & Keith. Nothing staged or overdone – just a few romantic portraits in a calm setting while guests made their way on to Bellingham Castle.
Bellingham Castle
After arriving at Bellingham Castle, we gave Sarah & Keith some time to relax and freshen up before starting family photographs. We found a great spot with the castle as a backdrop, which worked perfectly for family photos and a few more couple portraits.
Drinks Reception
The drinks reception followed, giving everyone time to relax. During this part of the day, we focused mainly on natural, candid photos – guests chatting, laughing, and enjoying the castle grounds, both indoors and outside.
Reception & Evening
Once the drinks reception ended, guests were invited into the ballroom for the grand entrance, dinner, and speeches. After the speeches, Sarah & Keith cut the cake and we took a few evening photos outside while the light allowed.
We stayed until the first dance, finishing the coverage on a great note. It was a brilliant wedding from start to finish and a real pleasure to photograph.
