Marlfield House Hotel – Mary-Kate & Dave
Preps
We started the day with Mary-Kate and her bridesmaids at her parents’ home. The atmosphere was relaxed and happy from the very beginning. It was a sunny morning, which helped keep everyone in great spirits and allowed us to use the garden at Mary-Kate’s parents’ house for preparation photos.
The garden worked perfectly for natural, relaxed photos and gave us plenty of space and light to work with.
Ceremony – Enniskerry Church
The ceremony took place at Enniskerry Church. It was a lovely ceremony – romantic, relaxed, and full of genuine moments, with lots of smiles and laughter throughout.
Village Stop
On the way to the reception, we made a short stop in the centre of the village to take a few photos with a local monument. It was a quick stop but added something a bit different to the couple’s photo collection.
Marlfield House Hotel, Arklow
After arriving at Marlfield House Hotel in Arklow, we were immediately impressed by the interiors and surroundings. The hotel offers a lot of great photo opportunities:
elegant interiors and rooms
a beautiful pond
well-kept gardens around the house
All of these locations gave us plenty of variety for couple and detail photos.
Reception & Atmosphere
Mary-Kate and Dave were very easy to work with and genuinely enjoyed the day, which always makes a big difference. The relaxed atmosphere continued throughout the reception, making it a wedding we will remember for a long time.
